Contract Manufacturing Process

1. Contact and Kick-off As a first step, we reach out to our customers and hold initial discussions to understand the project requirements.
2. Project Assessment We carry out a preliminary assessment of the project's suitability for our production facility and sign a non-disclosure agreement.
3. Documentation and Information We ask our customers to provide project-specific documentation and the necessary information (brand, product specifications or formula).
4. Discussing the Details We discuss the project in detail with our customers and schedule conference calls or meetings when needed.
5. Preliminary Quote and Quality Audit We prepare a preliminary quote for the project and plan the quality audit. The quote is confirmed based on the audit results.
6. R&D and Pilot Production Designing the product formulations, preparing samples, completing R&D processes and running pilot production.
7. Licensing and Label Design Preparing product dossiers, obtaining product approvals from the Turkish Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, and designing labels and packaging.
8. Production and Market Launch Carrying out the production process and placing the product on the market.
